And that's not an easy task, for I am filled with a kind of overwhelming physical anxiety/tension much of the time. However, after doing the tapping, I do not obsess as much, I feel

Hi Chris,After reading Oliver Sach' "The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat" I no longer think I can dismiss anything in the psychological realm without investigating it. If this energy tapping is working for you, that is great.
Could you give an example of one of the simpler exercises so that we could try it out?
