I'm sorry your trials with natural supplements did not work out as well as you would have hoped. At least you gave it that old college try! And, at least you know that there is a med combo that works well for you. It does make sense to continue to take the B vitamins and the magnesium. Don't forget about Vitamin C, which is supposed to be good for, among other things, strengthening the adrenal glands.

I still couldn't talk to people well, let alone go out and actually make friends. I will still keep taking B Vitamins and Magnesium Glycinate, but I'm dropping SJW (perika), and Tryptophan. They almost cost as much as Paxil anyway :( Good Luck all... :)
