It has been a while so I am just relying on memory. I believe I was taking 20 mg Celexa once daily and the 300 mg Perika tablet twice daily. This was for about a month. I never had any serotonin syndrome-like symptoms. I noticed an increased sensitivity to sunlight but it wasn't a big problem. It seemed to help boost the AD effect of the Celexa off and on. At one time I tried SJW by it itself and it just didn't have enough kick to help much with my depression. I've read that it's very popular in Germany, and there they have a pharmaceutical grade SJW that's available by prescription. Part of the problem in the US is that with herbs and vitimins we never know for sure what we are getting. If you try it let me know how it works for you. good luck~
