I did a short trial but did not use the ENADA brand that everyone seems to like. I felt a mild lift the first day. After that nothing.

I have had some luck with l-tyrosine (Now brand 1,000 mg on empty stomach) also DMAE on occassion as well as Yerba Mate tea. The tea works well but it tastes like hind end and you have to pee alot! It really does give a mood lift and energy as well as supressing the apetite,

Have you tried a mild appetite suppressant/diet pill ever?

I am ADD/NLD and took phentermine on and off for years with decent results.
