Inositol is a sugar is it not? It tastes just like sugar anyway.

I know for a fact that I could probably benefit greatly from high dose inositol. I took 2 grams per day (as much as I could afford) and it certainly had an effect. It is energising and relaxing, it really brightens the mood.

Anyhow, the stuff is very expensive around here, as is SAMe. You have to be rich in order to be well around here.

Inositol SAMe ( SJW) would be a darn powerful antidepressant.
