Sam-E vs taking Adderall XR with Provigil?

Sam-E has this in it
SAM-e methylation reactions are involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as L-dopa, dopamine and related hormones, epinephrine and phosphatidylcholine (a component of lecithin).
