Sorry I didn't proof that last post before sending it. I meant to say that shipping at iHerb is free when you purchase $20 or more.
I only take 50-100 mg. of 5-HTP on some nights to help me sleep so I can't tell you first-hand about it's antidepressant effects (how much to take and how long before you see benefits etc.). If the link I provided doesn't answer all of your questions, then maybe others here could add more. Also, on Kelly's SJW website there's a board devoted exclusively to 5-HTP.
