Paroxysmal Atrial Tachycardia and Beta Blockers

I have had P.A.T for 16 years and since my condition is better than it has ever been i was wondering if anyone knows of a natural or over the counter product that will help lower my heart rate ? I have not been on any medication for this problem for almost 8 years but i would like to bring my BPM down from 100 to about 80 or so if possible.
