Yes I mean 5-HTP ..I think I'd better be careful
I'm also taking tyrosine with co factors, dl phenylalanine( but not the full dose recommended on the bottle) and other vits..
Haven't started omega 3 yet.
I probably destroy a lot of nutrients cause I smoke and drink a lot of coffee.
