I am sure, as you suggest, that I am probably very deficient in omega-3's. I do feel a calming response to them which is a good thing. I plan for the time being to add this to my existing regime of 20mgs. Prozac, and low dose Depakote (250mgs.ER) and see what happens. Thanks again. -Stacey
