That only applies to antidepressants which substantially affect serotonin release, destruction, or reuptake.

Yes, but a simple decision as to whether you are comfortable with how it makes you feel will suffice.

I only did a small trial of inositol. The doses that are recommended were really outside my ability to budget the expense. I understand inositol can be found at relatively inexpensive prices, but what I had was not cheap.
