I presume you mean tea tree oil? Also known as neem oil.
It is a potent fungicide. Some people have a skin reaction (redness, minor inflammation) if used full strength. It can be diluted with any sort of vegetable oil that you wouldn't mind having on your skin. Still effective at 3:1 dilution.
