How has the tryptophan worked for you? What do you use in conjunction with it to get optimal results? I am coming off the psychotropics, which I hated, and I used to be on ativan. Consequently, I am looking for natural remedies to quell the anxiety. Are there other things I should look at for anxiety? THanks
