Thanks Loops (again) for the info on Picamilon.
It is difficult to get down under as there seems to be concerns about anything with GABA in it. However i will deal with that when i need to.
In the meantime I will continue with the Niacinamide of which I'm taking 500mg twice a day. Can't say I've noticed any effect but will give it 2-3 weeks.
