Lexy - That's the combination I take as well (when I remember!). It has noticeably improved my ability to concentrate. I think it can only help our nervous systems use the Lex. Good idea!

Hey Lexy,
Im taking my Lexapro in the early am. In the morning I take a multivitamin w/iron and B-complex 50mg with a big breakfast. At lunch is 500mg of evening primrose and a calcium chew. After dinner 100mg of soy to help with night sweats. I haven't had any reactions yet. Today was the first day of the B-complex. Check out this website its a good source for vitamin info http://www.wholehealthmd.com/.
Ill keep you posted if I have any reactions.
Good ludk to you.
