I took St. John Wort for about two years before I took the real deal. While St. Johns worked quit well for a while I noticed that over time the effects wore off and it made me feel toxic. Finally I decided enough with this herb that is not evaluated by the FDA has no scientific facts, and time to try the real stuff that doctors know about. The only problem with ST. Johns is that doctors know nothing about it.
