It took high doses for me to notice anything from tyrosine. But I ordered some N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine w/Vitamin B-6 & Folic Acid awhile back made by Source Naturals and I noticed an immediate effect with a half hour. I suggest trying it. You can order from Iherb... the link's below. Also, if you're looking for a natural stimulant... Rhodiola Rosea works pretty good.
