Hi all, hope you all had a pleasant festive season and wish 2004 brings you all some relief from your ailments.
My problem with sleep is I seem to want too much and even when I have it, I feel so groggy its as if it was a waste of 9 hours of life!
My sleep cycle is very skewed and my "natural" sleep zone seems to be 3-4am to 12-1pm which doesnt seem right. I've done the sleep questionaire and it tells me my melatonin system starts at 12.15 and I should start light therapy at 8.30am.
Once asleep I wake generally for just pee breaks and fall asleep easily afterwards and sleep very soundly. The problem is that I wake totally unrefreshed and feel very groggy. I've been up for an hour now and could quite easily climb back into bed and fall back asleep as if I've just had a pee break.
