For 5 capsules it has 3000mg of inositol, 500mg GABA and 1000mg of niacinamide, which i thought didnt have the red affect like niacin!! and is safer at higher doses right?. If i take it slowly i should be fine shoulnt i?

Do you mean you urine goes bright yellow by the term ''yellow river'? as i only have to take a bit of vit B and my wee is toxic yellow!! is that bad?

What are your thoughts of that supplement then?
Will it be any good?
