> hello, has anyone taken high dose vitamins to help with their depression and ADD? i am taking effexor, wellbutrin, and just started straterra about 3 weeks ago. stopped taking topamax 3 months ago and instead took Vitamin B complex 3 tablets 3 times a day. first of all, topamax has terrible withdrawal effects. for 10 days, i was unable to walk well, abdominal pain, chest pain, felt like electricity was going through my legs and numbness in my feet, and visual disturbances slept for 19 hours only getting up 2 times to go to the bathroom. when i would get up - my energy would just drain. i went to 3 doctors to find out what was wrong because i never thought it was withdrawal (weaned over 3 weeks) 1 month later, my brain fog is totally gone and have had no irritablity. only concern was i still was very disorganized, it was affecting work and home. my maintaining eye contact has improved since starting the straterra but continue to "zone out" of conversations. any suggestions?
