It's good mixed with tomato juice (if you like tomato juice), along with some tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.

Not when I use it as a treatment. I just stir it into a small (4 oz) glass of water, and chug it. A little gross, but not too bad. Just be careful, the stuff will stain anything it touches yellow.
