OK, so not all herbal teas are good for you. Well, a lot of evidence seems to suggest that green tea is beneficial for a number of reasons. I just discovered that red tea is also supposed to be good for you. But more specifically, are there any herbal teas which are helpful for us depressive types, esp. anxious depressives? Also, what's good for memory, if anything?

Thanks.
