I wouldn't expect a remarkable improvement, just a long-term "smoothing out" feeling.

Talking with DCSH we have figured out that I could have what Amen calls Ring of Fire Adhd. If my understanding of my situation is correct I should take an antinconvulsivant, a serotoninergic and a noradrenergic too.

Well, you'll have to discuss that with your psychiatrist....there are a lot of things to consider.

> Starting from the first I'd like to ask you which suplement(s) you'd suggest to vicariate it. I was thinking about GABA or L-glutammate.

GABA won't do you a lot of good, as it doesn't cross the BB barrier (that's why people take picamilon, which does). GABA does have peripheral effects though, and they are noticeable in some individuals. Glutamate is excitatory, quite the opposite effect from GABA...although it is a precursor of GABA, you're going to feel the glutamate all by itself.

> I'm not sure if I can take magnesium at the moment because I also take Malvaporum for urological problems, and in this compound there is also magnesium and I don't know how much.

Unless you have kidney problems (a complex regulatory system is in place to control excretion of magnesium), you can't take too much magnesium...only too little.

I didn't get a single hit on google for malvaporum, so I have no idea what that is.

> Once you mentioned that the fact that I have a so quick response to EPA/DHA can mean that I need it. May you explain me better this issue ?

This is just my own thinking, my hypothesis....that you may be extremely sensitive to fish oil because your body is ready to sense any signal created by those fatty acids (they take part in a lot of cell communication events), because the signal is so weak because of deficiency. So, you take a little bit of fish oil, but your body is like a microphone with the amplification set too high, and the result is very loud.

You may find that just eating fatty fish like salmon, tuna, mackeral, herring, anchovies is easier on your system.

You're welcome. Keep thinking about all these ideas, until you are comfortable with how it all fits together.
