Anything is possible....

Tryptophan and 5-HTP would be expected to lower blood pressure, not increase it. However, there may be a little quirk in there.....at lower doses, tryptophan *can* (but may not) increase blood pressure by 10-15 points....at much higher doses, it can decrease it by up to 30 points. What is defined as a low or a high dose would differ in different people.
