Do you already take magnesium? If not, it's good for stress. I recommend magnesium glycinate, taurate or malate.
I've felt niacinamide relieve anxiety, most noticeably when I've woken up in the middle of the night and taken some. (So perhaps it works better on an empty stomach?)
