I don't know if that guy knows what he's talking about or not; I'd like to hear other people's opinions as he has much intriguing (if he's right!) info on that site.
The "Acu-cell Diagnostic Test" is listed under Quackwatch's list of "dubious diagnostic tests", but nothing more is said about it. Imo, QW is generally knee jerk anti-everything that is not absolutely mainstream medicine (as if that is utterly benign all the time!) so I take that with a grain of salt.
It sounds to me as if Dr. Roth is a chiropractor and perhaps these tests are being used in chiropractors' offices. If so then perhaps his info has some validity by the accumulation of experience and feedback from patients, if not the test itself.
