Yes, I meant micrograms. :) I think I will start taking more.
I've had this crown for at least 15 years, and don't even remember who did it. I think it was when I lived in another state.

If your situation is as you say, then there is indeed a threat to health. If you can't afford a dentist, I'd advise you to get a cheap hockey mouth guard, and use it while asleep. At least you'll reduce the amount of contact between the two surfaces.
