The only chromium forms I will ever use are polynicotinate or if unavailable, picolinate. I personally find that the GTF version does absolutely nothing in terms of weight loss or blood sugar stabilization. I have never had stiff necks or back pain from either of these products.I've been taking either form (not both together, lol,) for 5 years. The drawback is that they are more expensive than the plain old GTF.
