BobI don't sense any anxiety in our posts. I think that frustration is a more accurate description. Why would we feel anxious when we are talking about not feeling that there is a partnership here between administration and the members? It isn't as if something is being taken away from us.
I feel that a partnership can be hard work if there is no opportunity for it.I feel it is virtually impossible to attain a partnership when the members are given nothing to work with.
