I don't think we told you that exactly, although I didn't go back and read posts or anything. I think I, at least, just told you how to test it (try to send and receive messages) and that only Dr. Bob can fix it - we have no access to any tools to separately turn off Babblemail. I guess he must have done so at one time, and then not "fixed" what he did, but I'm unsure.
Sorry about that, Marty. And geegee is correct in all she said about Dr. Bob's participation here, sadly.
Oh and, you probably want to put something eye-catching and Babble-specific in your email subject line. I think Dr. Bob gets many emails and for him to know it's Psycho-Babble related it helps to use, "PB Problem! Help, Please!" or something similar in the subject. Hope that works.
