Actually, maybe not. This is because of the rules made concerning:
A. Posts that could involve a deputy
B. Posts by a member that I could have used the notification feature in the past and may have notified three of their posts.
C. My requests are now in the archives and I may find a post that I think is the first post and it may not be
D. I have followed the procedure here that says that it is fine to discuss actions you have taken and that if anyone wants to know your ratonale to just ask you by posting my request to you. The request is in the archives to you on the administrative board starting from March 2007. It is about the action that you have taken, not the poster's post. If it was about the poster's post, then I could use the notification feature and may already have done so. But this is about the action that you have taken and can be found.
You have brought the FBI into this concerning the hacking of the site. I do not know anything concerning that, but I have been receiving notifications from MSFT that could mean that the hacker has done something to my system. These notifications come up when I click on posts in the archives that IMO have the potential to arrouse antisemitic feelings that are left to stand.
I am in touch with microsoft and I will be talking to the FBI either if they contact me in regards to the hacking, or I may do so on my own concerning this. I am requesting for you to reply to my requests about your rationales and such. Some of those involve posts that IMO have the potential to arrouse antisemitic feelings or lead a Jew to feel accused and/or put down. My concerns with the FBI will be related to the notifications to me from MSFT that involve the posts that I am requesting you to discuss and have the potential IMO to arrouse antisemitic feelings and your policy and TOS where you write,
A. That you do what is in your thinking what will be good for the community as a whole
B. That you use the doctrine of fairness in your decisions
C. That you use the concept of "reasonable" in that deputies do not have to intercede per a request from a member to do so. I am unsure if you are taking the position here that it is also "reasonable" for you to take the periods of time that you have taken to reply to me per my request to state your rationale or to discuss the actions that you have taken.
D. That you ask the members to trust what you do here
E. That your rule here is that a post is uncivil if it could lead someone to feel accused or put down and I feel accused and put down as a Jew when I read some posts here that have statements the have been used for centuries and are listed in authoritative books as statements that are considered to have the potential to lead a Jew to feel accused or to have the potential to arrouse antisemitic feelings and have been used in historical propaganda against Jews and are allowed to stand when your policy is that posts that could lead a Jew to feel accused or put down are uncivil.
If anyone interested in seeing what these posts in question are, and the authoritative books that list these statements as those that have been used for centuries that have the potential to arrouse antisemitic feelings, you could email me
