Darn that business meeting of my husband's. Why couldn't it be scheduled one week earlier? He does want to do as I suggested and spend the weekend before in Chicago--which means I can't come to the get together afterall. It's just too much. If only I could just stay the week, but I can't take that much time off of work with this short notice at this point.
I wish he would have decided sooner so I didn't get myself all looking forward to going.
I'm sorry gang. I was really excited about coming.
Sulking a bit now...
