No, Jay.

You are wrong. I have a doctor. I talk to him regularly. The last time I I spoke to him was 3 weeks ago. He knows my status. You don't have to. Thank you.

Am I your patient?

You should not diagnose people without seeing them face-to-face. Isn't there something unethical about doing that? Are you a licensed psychiatric medical doctor?

You can't even bring yourself to mention the name of the person you are referring to. Maybe that makes it okay. I'm not a lawyer. Still, when was the last time someone on Psycho-Babble offered a diagnosis to the rest of the community to explain someone else's behavior?

Stop being so coy.

What do you think about the use of Effexor intermittently as a PRN? Do you encourage it? Do you discourage it. What would you tell a friend who you watched pulsing Effexor like this. What have you done to help this person recently? What has been your advice to him?

Get real.

Say what you mean.

Jay, it is obvious to me that I don't belong here anymore, so you won't have anything to run away from much longer such that you will be compelled to watch Monty Python.

Your comment is unethical and disappointing. You should know better.

Why are your comments necessary, anyway? What do you find so upsetting?

Just don't read posts from people who you know upset you. If you do feel you are doing Psycho-Babble a public service by commenting, then let's just get it over with.

Teach me a lesson. I certainly have been working hard to teach lessons. What do you think of my efforts?

Show some courage, and stop talking behind people's backs - "Hypomania". Talk *to* me.

Hypomanics sometimes write a lot and show intense emotion - usually anger and rage. They also demonstrate inflated egos. Is this what drove you to your diagnosis? That's quite a trick.

I remain indignant.

I put it all out there. I took hours to put my "last post" together. If you can't bring yourself to read it, at least respect the intent.

Not clever.

If you want to comment, then comment on my "last post". Have you read it? What did you think once you finished it?

Lots of anger and indignation in this post, right? Anger is a great motivator for writing copious numbers of words. Do mine have any value to you?

So, if you want to have an honest conversation regarding clinical psychiatry and the treatment of difficult cases of mood illness, you can start by using my name.

Thank you.

- Scott
