Why should I have to? You did a pretty good job of posting descriptions regarding your family dynamics. You cried out for help. I made a suggestion to you that you write a letter to your parents. That's better than anything you have yet come up with - or at least that I'm aware of. Whatever you tried obviously doesn't work. Try something different if you need so much help. If not, then stop asking for it.
