The next time I try psychedelics, it will be with a facilitator. It's best to wear an eye mask during the trip, which I never did during my five trips. The eye mask helps you to have an inward journey rather than an outward one. (During one of my LSD trips, I spent a long time marveling at the stunningly beautiful complexity of carpet fibers.)
