How do they find knives/razors in hospital?

I've come across at least one "cutter" in hospital. She had scars all over her arm(s). Once I saw she had a big patch on her arm, apparently after she had been home for a holiday.

I've recently picked up the habit of spending the first few hours of the day in bed. I hate this development. I think the depression might have worsened.
