they will provide the CHEAPEST cancer care in the world. and it will be the CHEAPEST in the world because of AUTOMATON. that is to say the aim is to eliminate / remove skilled workforce (who you would need to pay). that's the whole goal or aim or point or purpose. to eliminate the need for a skilled workforce. so don't worry, you won't have to train people and you won't have to employ them. you can just rely on AUTOMATON.
that's the goal or the aim or the vision that the new zealand government chose to buy into.
so it can say 'see see see! you have cancer care!!'
when what happens is that they take biological samples... then they rely on ethics committees (they are implying USA but actually probably the least developed ethics committees they can find they said specifically not new zealand ethics committees i don't know where there is a more corrupt ethics committee than new zealand...)
