I am becoming more an more interesting in non monoaminergic antidepressants. This summer I want to try some alternatives to see if I can get off effexor (it just makes me too flat and speeds up my heart).

I'm thinking about trying some triple chronotherapy (lithium, sleep deprivation, light therapy) perhaps with some agmatine and/or ketamine. I would like to try magic mushrooms too (although this is technically monoaminergic).
