hi. sorry about this :-(
have you tried BuSpar? its cheap, generic...not all that amazing, but it can boost serotonin antidepressants, or so said a former shrink (then again...she wanted me on it...hmmmm...).
my final, random, just...kind of occurred to me suggestion...would be one of the old Triavil formulations, available in generic since...forever, really.
Triavil is Elavil and perphenazine, in fixed combinations. some have lower amounts of elavil and higher amounts of perphenazine (what was once called "Schizophrenic depression," and would now be considered probably psychotic depression, maybe Schizoaffective), and then some are the opposite-- higher elavil, lower perphenazine (agitated depression, maybe some sort of mixed states).
just...again, a random thought. not ideal, but...in the big studies comparing antipsychotics in Schizophrenia, perphenazine actually did almost as well as Zyprexa, just...lower costs, slightly more EPS. I was thinking that a low, low perphenazine dose might help smooth out anxiety, agitation, tension...while the elavil -might- help with mood and anxiety, overall. or not. not exactly the most pleasant medication in the whole wide world, but...yeah. yeah. a thought, nonetheless.
good luck. :-)
