It took many weeks to recover from the exacerbation that Trintellix (vortioxetine) produced. It was excruciating.

Not really. Maybe a little on Zoloft. I responded transiently to Effexor and Cymbalta.

Nortriptyline 100 mg/day
Lamictal 300 mg/day
Lithium 300 mg/day
