Hi.

I have had an awful two years. It is more than I can put into words. I spent much of that time at about a 2. Right now, I am about a 3, but I was worse earlier in the day. I experience one or more mood shifts a day. Bad to worse to bad again...

I have been at 60 mg/day of Marplan for about a week. I don't know what to expect. How long can it take for Marplan to kick-in? Why are you not taking 60 mg/day?
