Meds: 40 Fetzima, 30 Lexapro, 30 Ritalin, 60 Adderall, 2.5 Abilify, 45 Buspar (OCD/GAD), 300 Lyrica, 150 Trazodone (sleep), 40 Percocet (Chronic Pain)
Ad hoc: 2 Ativan
