Hey guys,

I'm also taking 200mg Provigil and it helps for my TRD for a week or two and then my brain seemingly acclimates to it. Hence on a whim, whilst suffering, I took 400mg and BOOM - I felt actually OK, which never happens. This lasted for 6-7 hours, hence I repeated it the next day. And the next.

Skip forward 5 days and it's pooping out - as always. So I stopped taking it as there's no record of Provigil causing withdrawal. 2 days later and I'm catatonically depressed. I cannot move. I cannot think. I am feeling worse than Whale Shit (

So I took 200mg Provigil and that, within 2 hours, lifted me right out of the catatonia.

TL;DR: Provigil is temporarily effective for me but DON'T quit Provigil cold turkey.
