i found xanax more altering, over all. affected my mood, outlook, behavior...blah. ativan got rid of agitation, but now i see...

it brought on a case of drug induced stupidity, too. blah.

klonopin has the long action going for it, but its also a real downer on mood, over time. maybe a low to moderate dose of xanax xr?

librium...more of a sedating muscle relaxer than anything else, for me. i could see it being helpful in people who can adjust to the sedation and for whom anxiety brings with it muscle tension, headaches, etc. the stupidity level was low, if i recall correctly.
