hi. i think for most people, wellbutrin is probably a better idea than Ritalin. I agree that it has more antidepressant effects. having said that...
lamdage is on a couple things already, at high doses. i was just thinking that ritalin would work quickly and have fewer drug-drug interactions, plus maybe rapidly reduce sedation from the neuroleptics. or...not. im obviously just throwing out ideas.
id personally opt for wellbutrin+mirtazapine over lithium+anything or...anything involving lithium, really. i've known of (distantly acquainted) some lithium casualties, and...no, no thank you.
lexapro+wellbutrin seems to be kind of popular, as these sorts of combinations go. i don't know your history...do the ssri drugs help at all, or...not so much?
