Going too high with the dosage of Trintellix can be counterproductive. However, I found that I need more than 10 mg/day. Keep in mind that it takes Trintellix longer to work than most other antidepressants. 6-8 weeks. If you don't begin to respond to 10 mg/day after 5 weeks, I would then increase the dosage to 15 mg/day and give it another 3-4 weeks.
