No, I wouldn't do that. Personally, lithium has caused some major depressive rebound with me, and I have had to lower it's dose (lithium) and crank up the antidepressant and anti-anxiety meds dose. I have done a bit of research on disassociation and lithium, as that seems to be what I have experienced when my lithium dose went to 900 mg per day. It is like this huge wad of dysphoric derealization just side swapped me in the head. Anyhow...just my thoughts....
