i've discontined supplements, i don't know how nuerotransmitter supplements can infere with zyprexa but they do in my case. The past few days, my memory ... not sure what has been going on....exept praying online, and in private. I'll be thinking about what im going to do, ill lose the thought, and can't rerember certain events happened udring the day. Like i said, i don't really have a doctor to go to about this issue, so i'm ... im getting aggressive, and forcing myself to be optimistic during this time....that feeling that feel deteriating with no one to call or ask help. It's survival reaction to force youself to get aggressive in response. I've bought myself a journal, with dividers of what events happened during the day, what i was gonna do, doing memory exverises with cards, ace king queen....
hopefully this will disappear and i will never touch any danm supplement again, learn from cause and effect
