Thank you very much for the update. It sounds like the results have been mixed for you so far??

I'm really glad it helps your anxiety though.

I wish the effect was more substantial for you, yet I am very glad you are not tripping or having dissociative states.

> My depression is deeply entrenched. I cry every day - not at my situation in particular, but I have an overly emotional reaction to anything the least bit upsetting. I have found movies and the news can be deeply distressing. Consequently I keep myself isolated with little external stimuli to set me off. Im going to pursue further treatment for my anxiety which seems prevalent lately.

I hear you on this. I get extremely anxious watching the news and some movie previews. The news seems to be getting more and more dramatized, perhaps for ratings, and it makes me a nervous wreck. Have to leave the room sometimes...sensory overload?

Thank you for sharing all of this. If I am to access ketamine treatment at all it will be the same way. The infusions are way too expensive and the brand name nasal spray is not covered by medicare.

Thanks again,
Roslynn
