I'm really glad it helps your anxiety though.I wish the effect was more substantial for you, yet I am very glad you are not tripping or having dissociative states.

I hear you on this. I get extremely anxious watching the news and some movie previews. The news seems to be getting more and more dramatized, perhaps for ratings, and it makes me a nervous wreck. Have to leave the room sometimes...sensory overload?

Thank you for sharing all of this. If I am to access ketamine treatment at all it will be the same way. The infusions are way too expensive and the brand name nasal spray is not covered by medicare.Thanks again,
