Trying to keep a record of this for future reference.
Day 8 - still a noticeable reduction in anxiety and improved sleep. Still got some noise sensitivity and ringing in ears. Certainly less worries and a bit more motivation, although still feeling a bit flat.
From what I read/remember it takes time for the AD effects to materialise; I think the anti-anxiety effects appear more quickly. I'm taking it with 15mg memantine, which already had a good impact on my anxiety (less so mood).
